This is a list of civil parishes in the ceremonial county of Berkshire, England. It is broken down by the six unitary authorities that now administer the county.

Bracknell Forest

The unitary authority of Bracknell Forest is entirely parished, and comprises the following parishes:

* Sandhurst
* Warfield
* Winkfield


=Reading=

The town of Reading makes up the whole of the unitary authority of the same name, and is unparished.

Slough

The town of Slough makes up the whole of the unitary authority of the same name, and is mostly unparished. However the town includes the following parishes:

West Berkshire

The unitary authority of West Berkshire is entirely parished, and comprises the following parishes:
