Pretty Little Liars

Pretty Little Liars is a novel and series written by Sara Shepard. It is based on the lives of four girls (Spencer, Hanna, Aria, and Emily) who were formerly a clique, with the leader being their best friend Alison. Alison knew each of the four girls' secrets, and was involved in a scandal dubbed 'The Jenna Thing'. When Alison goes missing, the four friends thought their secrets were safe and began to separate from each other. However, when they are finally reunited, they begin to receive strange emails, notes, and letters from someone simply known as 'A'. The books are about discovering who killed Alison, how A knows all their secrets, and most of all, who 'A' is. There will ultimately be eight books.
