144th Delaware General Assembly

The One Hundred Forty-fourth Delaware General Assembly was a meeting of the legislative branch of the Delaware state government, composed of the Delaware Senate and the Delaware House of Representatives. It is currently in session and has met at the Delaware State Capitol, in Dover Delaware since January 9, 2007, during the last two years of the second administration of Governor Ruth Ann Minner.

The apportionment of seats in this State House of Representatives was based on the twenty-second census of the United States in 2000. The Senate has a Democratic majority and the House of Representatives has a Republican majority.
