The Elk Derry Senior Football Championship 2007 was the 2007 installment of the annual Derry Senior Football Championship run by the Derry GAA. Glenullin lifted the Johnny McLaughlin Cup, beating Bellaghy in the final, after a replay. They went on to represent Derry in the Ulster Senior Club Football Championship.

For the first year ever, the Derry Championship was organised on a round robin, group basis with the 16 teams divided into four groups. Each club in a group played each other once with the top two in each group advancing to the quarter-finals. All matches were played at neutral venues.

Final

The 2007 Derry Senior Football Championship final was played on 14 October 2007 in Celtic Park in Derry City. It was contested by Bellaghy, who were aiming for their 22nd title[1] and Glenullin, who were going for their third, and first in 22 years. Glenullin captain and star attacker Paddy Bradley was marked very well by Bellaghy's Michael McGoldrick who held him scoreless from play,[1] although Bradley did prove very accurate from free-kicks, scoring three points.[1] His brother Eoin Bradley was man of the match, followed closely by Bellaghy's Fergal Doherty who also had an impressive match.[1] The game finished a draw, a result which most pundits saw as a fair result.[1] The replay was played the following week at the same venue, with Glenullin proving victorious. As winners of the competition, Glenullin went on to represent Derry in the 2007 Ulster Senior Club Football Championship.
