WPRK 91.5 FM is the Rollins College radio station in Winter Park, Florida. WPRK features programming for nearly every genre of mainstream and non-mainstream music.

History

In 1924, WDBO (which stood for "Way Down By Orlando") aired the first radio broadcasts in Orange County from this tiny shack on campus.

In 2001, Community Communications, owner of WMFE-FM 90.7, attempted to buy WPRK with an offer which greatly interested the college. However, the staff of just 4 students banded together to "save free radio," and over the next 5 years campaigned relentlessly to re-establish WPRK as a functional entity.fact|date=June 2008

From January 17-21, 2005, the station launched its first WPRK Marathon, also known as The 110-Hour Workday, a fundraiser in which DJ Dave Plotkin attempted to break the world record for longest consecutive on-air DJ session.fact|date=June 2008
