Sherbourne is a station on the Bloor-Danforth line of the subway system in Toronto, Canada. It is the first stop on the east-bound portion of the Bloor-Danforth line after the central Bloor-Yonge station. It was opened in 1966 and is located at 420 Bloor Street East at Sherbourne Street.

Sherbourne station houses the Toronto Transit Commission Photo ID centre. There are two entrances/exits in the station:
*The primary entrance/exit sits at the corner of Bloor Street East and Sherbourne Street on the south side.
*Another alternate entrance/exit sits at the end of Glen Road, a small residential side street just off Howard Street.

The station primarily serves the St. James Town neighbourhood, as well as the southend portion of the Rosedale neighbourhood. East of the station, the line crosses back under Bloor Street to the north side. It then emerges from a tunnel to cross the Rosedale Ravine on a bridge, and then returns to tunnel.

The adjacent bridge that takes Bloor Street across the ravine, although built with provision for a lower deck as part of the Prince Edward Viaduct project, is at an angle to the general line of Bloor Street and the subway could not conveniently use it. A conventional bridge was planned for the subway line, with a view of the ravine, but local objections forced the Toronto Transit Commission to enclose it in a concrete shell for noise abatement.
