Alberto Martín Acosta Martinez nickname Beto Acosta, (born 23 January, 1977 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan soccer Forward. Currently plays for Sport Club Corinthians Paulista, in Brazil. At Peñarol he was coached by Gregorio Pérez. In a moment of his career he quit football to work because he needed money to feed his family and football wasn't giving enough money. He later returned to football and began to make money.
