Franck Biancheri

Franck Biancheri (born in 1961 in Nice, Francehttp://www.newropeans.eu/article.php3?id_article=915&lang=en] ) is the founder the Newropeans European political party and its current leader from June 2006 [http://www.franck-biancheri.info/en/biography.htm] . The party plans to run for campaigns in the European Parliament election, 2009 in all EU member states simultaneously.

Biancheri had previously founded the European Students' Forum (AEGEE) in 1985 and the thinktank Leap2020 in 1998.

In 2003 he was among the top twenty "heroes" for being a "French champion of European unity" [ [http://www.time.com/time/europe/hero/poll.html TIMEeurope Magazine | Heroes 2003 ] ] in a poll by Time Europe.

He lives in Cannes and has one daughter.
