Glen Goldsmith

Glen Goldsmith was born on August 17 1965 in High Wycombe , Berkshire and is a UK-based singer. His hit songs have included "Dreaming", "I Won't Cry", "Save A Little Bit" and "What You See Is What You Get" which appeared on the album of the same name. Goldsmith appeared in the line up of Band Aid II in 1989 and other charity's

Glen pend & also recorded "You got me dancing " for his second album .. which the album was subsequently unreleased By RCA. The single was released featuring MC Hammer 1990. Hammer also appeared in Glens Video for this song .

Goldsmith met up with Rollover studios in the early 90's and started to work with many other artist for their own projects , He worked alongside Olli Jay and Oli's father Philip Jacob's and this combination was were Glen exceeded his wildest dreams to become one of the Uk's top song writers .Glen work with, Mica Paris before joining the team " Rollover "scoring a top 40 with "Call me by my name "pend with Paul Johnson and Phil Edward's M Paris Glen also work with artist such as , Danni Minoge , Ultimate Khaos, Rozala , Deni Hind's ,Mn8 ,Kinaine ... and more

Glen Goldsmith’s biggest pened hit song so far is "Mysterious Girl" which was sung by Peter Andre. This was a massive hit for Andre and spent more than 17 weeks in the BBC Top 40 chart. It remained in the Top 5 for fifteen weeks during the summer of 1996. The hit was re-released in 2004, after Andre appeared on ITV1’s program called "I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here", reaching the # 1 position once more and revitalising Goldsmith's musical career. "Natural" was the tile of the album and also Peter's 4th top 5 single . "I Feel You" gave Goldsmith his first Number 1 hit record as a songwriter. This classic soul recording showed Peter Andre off in a different light to "Mysterious Girl". Goldsmith also created a big club hit with "Heaven" which reached number 49 in the chart in May, 1998 featuring Irish Tipperary-born female singer Bianca Kinane AKA Kinane. The biggest hit for Goldsmith as an independent artist for BMG RCA was "Dreaming" where he appeared on several TV shows including the BBC's now defunct Top of the Pops. "I wont cry" was the biggest dance hit single of 1987 , and gaining a European chart hit Germany position 3 and no 1 in other territories and a top 40 in the uk national chart ... with its clearly recognised saxophone rift played by Mike Stevens running through most of Glen's hits."What you see is what you get" was the third hit for Glen, following with "Save a little" and bit B side "Give me the word" .In between .. he also had a few other singles not from the album mentioned (wysiwyg) "On the one" C.o. pened by Mike Stevens . Goldsmith also has many club cuts under his belt e.g. "Understanding", Learn to live" and Go with the flow" . These all went straight to the top of the dance and R&B charts and radio stations nationally .
