Tyrothricin is a cyclic polypeptide used in throat lozenges as an antibiotic. [cite web |url=http://www.tyrozets.co.uk/About-TYROZETS_495_495_.html |title=About TYROZETS |accessdate=2007-07-14 |format= |work=] It is usually combined with benzocaine 5mg (as in tyrozets) to provide relief from sore throats.

It consists of gramicidin and tyrocidine.
