10th Anniversary Set (VTES)

The "10th Anniversary Set" ("Tenth") is a special expansion of White Wolf, Inc.'s trading card game released on December 13, 2004. The expansion was published ten years after the initial release of the game.

Contents

Unlike most of the other expansions of "Vampire: The Eternal Struggle", this set was not released in booster packs or starter boxes, but only in two different tin boxes with a fixed set of cards. Most cards were reprints of cards which hadn't been reprinted since Wizards of the Coast abandoned the game and White Wolf took over. Otherwise the expansion didn't have any distinct theme or background. Only 10 new cards (the same 10 cards were available in both of the tin boxes) were issued in this expansion.

Notable Cards

* "Bowl of Convergence" -- an equipment which provides vampires with the "Auspex" discipline a considerable amount of intercept (needed for blocking actions).
* "Carlton van Wyk (Hunter)" -- a mortal ally effective in blocking vampire's actions, especially if performed with low stealth..
