1st Ready Reserve Air Wing PAF

The 1st Ready Reserve Air Wing (1st RRAW) is a combat-support unit under the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), Philippine Air Force, and is based in Colonel Jesus A. Villamor Air Base in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Its headquarters offices are located in the newly constructed AFRC building inside the air base. The wing covers all Air Force reserve units in the island Luzon, from the National Capital Region to regions in the north, including the Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and the Ilocos Region. Central Luzon air force reserve units, divided into the 12th and 13th Ready Reserve Air Groups (RRAG), also are under its jurisdiction. Reserve air force units south of Metro Manila are under the 4th Ready Reserve Air Wing. Currently, the 1st RRAW is under the command of Colonel Consuelo B Estepa, Philippine Air Force Reserve.

The 1st RRAW also has under its operational and administrative command the 11th RRAG that covers the National Capital Region or Metro Manila, the 14th RRAG covering the Cagayan Valley Region, and the 15th RRAG which has jurisdiction over the Ilocos and Cordillera Regions.
