This is a list of former Oakland Athletics players/prospects still active in Major League Baseball as of 2007.

* Angel Berroa (minor only) - Signed as an undrafted free agent by the A's on August 14, 1997. Traded with A.J. Hinch to the Kansas City Royals for Mark Ellis and Johnny Damon on January 8, 2001. As part of the same trade, the A's sent Ben Grieve to the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, while the Devil Rays sent Cory Lidle to Oakland and Roberto Hernandez to the Royals.
* Hiram Bocachica (2005-07) - Signed by the A's as a Free Agent on November 22, 2004. Designated for assignment on May 30, 2007 and was claimed off waivers by the San Diego Padres the next day.
* Jeremy Bonderman (minors only) - Drafted by the A's in the 1st round (26th pick) of the 2001 amateur draft. Traded to the Detroit Tigers on August 22, 2002 to complete an earlier deal made on July 5, 2002. The A's sent a player to be named later, Carlos Pena, and Franklyn German to the Tigers. The New York Yankees sent Ted Lilly, John-Ford Griffin, and Jason Arnold (minors) to the A's. The Tigers sent Jeff Weaver to the Yankees and cash to the A's.
* Micah Bowie (2002-03) - Signed as a Free Agent with the A's on December 20, 2000. Released on October 13, 2003.
* Chad Bradford (2001-04) - Traded by the Chicago White Sox to the A's for a player to be named later on December 7, 2000. The A's sent Miguel Olivo to the White Sox to complete the trade on December 13, 2000. Traded to the Boston Red Sox for Jay Payton and cash on July 13, 2005.
