Rob Elowitch (born 1943), known by his ringname Robbie Ellis, is an American professional wrestler who has competed in New England and Mid-Atlanic independent circuit as well as international promotions in Europe. The co-owner of the prestigious Barridoff Galleries, he was the subject of a major Sports Illustrated article and television and press coverage including World News Tonight, The Today Show, The Osgood File, The Macneil/Lehrer News Hour, Time and Again, and MTV's "True Life" and National Enquirer December 18, 2006 full page inside back cover with two color photos. Currently (as of 2008) wrestles for New Wrestling Horizons (Maine), Chikara Pro (Pennsylvania), Innovative Hybrid Wrestling (New Brunswick), Ultimate Championship Wrestling (Florida), Italian Championship Wrestling (Italy), Showcase Pro Wrestling (New England), No Limit Pro Wrestling (Massachusetts). Currently (2008) the subject of a feature length documentary with working title "Canvas, The Robbie Ellis Story" by White Dog Arts directed by Gary Robinov
