System Simulation (SSL) is a software engineering company specialising in text and multimedia information systems, based in Covent Garden, central London, England, and founded in 1970. They develop information products and services for a range of professional and commercial clients.

Recently they have specialised in museum information systems, commercial and archival image library systems, information management and delivery for publishers, news services and professional and commercial organisations. MUSIMS, the museum information management system, supports collections management, digital archives and interactive public access. System Simulation has made a significant investment in developing software tools and techniques, resulting in software such as Index+, and professional design and build capabilities.
