Justice Javaid Iqbal Ali (Jr.) was a justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Justice Iqbal is one of those judges who took oath under PCO in 1999, and later threw out a case challenging the latter's dual role as the President as well as the Chief of Army Staff. In 2007, he was one of the judges who declared on a petition challenging military dictator's candidature for the second term as the president as non maintainable. However, he refused to take oath as the Chief Justice of Pakistan under PCO in 2007 after military dictator suspended constitution and restricted fundamental rights in the country.

Javaid Iqbal (Sr.)

Justice Javid Iqbal (Sr.), son of the poet-philosopher Allama Muhammad Iqbal, was also a judge of Supreme Court and Chief Justice of Punjab High Court in 1980s and 1990s. He is presently under house arrest in Quetta, Pakistan for not taking oath under the PCO.
