Balangan Regency is one of regencies in the Indonesian province of South Kalimantan, the capital is Paringin. Motto: "Sanggam" (Banjarese), also an acronym for "Sanggup Bagawi Gasan Masyarakat" (Banjarese="Willing To Work for the Sake of the People").
