Biały Bór [IPA-pl|'|b|j|a|ł|y|-|'|b|u|r] ( _de. Baldenburg) is a town in Szczecinek County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland, with 2,137 inhabitants (2004).

Located since 1309 in the Monastic State of the Teutonic Knights, the town (as Baldenburg) had received German Kulm law city rights in 1395.
