107.4 The Quay is a United Kingdom radio station, broadcasting to an area in and around the city of Portsmouth. The station was formerly known as Radio Victory and Victory FM.

The station is also the official radio station for Portsmouth Football Club and has exclusive commercial radio commentary rights to all their games home and away.

It is currently controlled through a joint venture between TLRC and Portsmouth FC. [http://www.thelocalradiocompany.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=68&Itemid=40] The joint venture also control Spirit FM in Chichester and Isle of Wight Radio.
