Spirit gum

Spirit gum is an adhesive used for affixing prosthetic applications. It has been known to cause allergies in some people, but nevertheless remains in wide use.Spirit Gum is also used as a theatrical adhesive to apply wigs, beards, merkins [ [http://www.merkinworld.com/ Merkin World ] ] and things of that nature. It is also used in the cosmetic industry to adhere lacefront wigs, which are wigs that are made out of lace that give an appearance that the hair is coming out of the head. It is also used in LARPing and Cosplaying to adhere things to one's body, such as gems and ear tips.
