Svetlana Yevgenyevna Feofanova (Russian: Светлана Евгеньевна Феофанова; born 16 July, 1980 in Moscow) is a Russian pole vaulter. She won the silver medal in women's pole vaulting at the 2004 Summer Olympics behind compatriot Yelena Isinbayeva, and won the bronze in the 2008 Summer Olympics. Feofanova also was a Russian gymnast and was included in the Russian national team at the 1996 Summer Olympics but didn't continue as a gymnast.

On July 4 2004 she jumped 4,88 m in Heraklion, Greece, which was world record at the time. She made 8 World Records on Pole Vault until now. In the World Athletics Championships, she was the second in 2001 and the first in 2003. She won also the World Indoor Championships in 2003, and she was the third in 2004. She finished 4th at the 2006 European Athletics Championships in Gothenburg.

She won the 2007 European Athletics Indoor Championships gold medal for the Pole Vault in Birmingham, Great Britain, with a height of 4.76 metres. Her main rival Yelena Isinbayeva did not take part in these Championships.
