Horacio de la Peña (born August 1 1966), nicknamed "El Pulga" (Spanish for "the flea"), is a tennis coach and a former tennis player from Argentina.

De la Peña was born in Buenos Aires. He began playing on the ATP circuit at age thirteen. His best singles ranking — achieved in 1987 — was number 31. He won 4 titles in his career all on clay.

De la Peña is most well known as coach of Chilean Fernando González for 5 years until 2006, in addition to coaching Gonzalez, he also used to coach fellow countrymen Gaston Gaudio and Jose Acasuso. He was the unofficial (because of his nationality) captain of the Chilean Davis Cup team. He currently coaches Guillermo Coria.
