(1973)"Tequila Sunrise" is a song written by Don Henley and Glenn Frey, and recorded by the American rock band Eagles. It was the first single from the band's second album "Desperado".

Glenn Frey stated during the 1994 "Hell Freezes Over" appearance on MTV that this is one of the first two songs (the other being "Desperado") he and Henley wrote together.Fact|date=September 2008
