The Seventh-day Adventist Church in the United States, Canada, and Bermuda is officially organized as the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists. It is a sub-entity of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.

It is sub-divided into nine unions, which are divided into conferences.
