Paul Reynolds (born 4 August 1962, Liverpool, England) was the lead guitarist and back up singer for the Liverpool band, A Flock of Seagulls. He is commonly known for his large white glasses which he gave away to fan who was going to fight in the gulf war, and serious-mannered appearance.

Reynolds joined A Flock of Seagulls at the age of seventeen; he was invited to audition by Frank Maudsley when Willie Woo left the band. The group's popularity soared in the early 1980s with the release of their single "(It's Not Me) Talking" and in 1982 song I Ran (So Far Away) which was heavily played on MTV in the United states. An album followed, as did a Grammy Award, two more hit singles and a worldwide tour by the time he was aged twenty. Reynolds's favourite concert experience was performing at Madison Square Garden in New York City.Fact|date=February 2007

Reynolds left the band around 1984, the last video he ever did was "Never Again (The Dancer)" and the remaining members continued on until 1986 when they decided to break up. When A Flock of Seagulls was reformed in 1989 by singer Mike Score, Reynolds and the remaining members decided not to rejoin. Reynolds and his fellow ex-members did, however, reunite with Score for a one-off performance in London in 2004 for VH1's Bands Reunited television program. The band performed their hit "I Ran", in front of a staged audience arranged by the program's production team. Before the performance, Reynolds was interviewed on his reason for leaving the band; he claimed that he was too young for the "rock 'n' roll lifestyle", he said he was exhausted from all the gigs and wasn't mentally right in the head.As of the 2000s, he is currently performing with another band in England.
