State Route 287 or SR-287 is a 6 mile long route that serves as a connection between Exit 37 off Interstate 65 north of Bay Minette and U.S. Highway 31 in downtown Bay Minette in Baldwin County.

The northern terminus of SR-287 is located at Exit 37 off Interstate 65 north of Bay Minette. North past Interstate 65 the route continues as Baldwin County Road 47. The route then takes a generally southward track to its southern terminus at U.S. Highway 31 in downtown Bay Minette.
