Obsessive-Compulsive Spectrum Disorder comprises a hypothesized spectrum of psychiatric and medical disorders thought to be related to obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).McElroy SL, Phillips KA, Keck PE Jr. "Obsessive compulsive spectrum disorder." PMID 7961531] Many of these disorders overlap with OCD in symptomatic profile, demographics, family history, neurobiology, comorbidity, clinical course and response to various pharmacotherapies.
