Confessions Tour , the album was a bonus to the DVD release of Madonna's "Confessions Tour - Live from London" special, directed byJonas Åkerlund and originally aired onNBC in theUnited States . The concert was recorded during the concert inWembley Arena inLondon, England on August 15 and 16, 2006, the latter being Madonna's forty-eighth birthday.The album features 13 live tracks taken from the tour, with a majority of the songs coming from Madonna's 2005 "
Confessions on a Dance Floor " album. The album also features a number of classic Madonna songs, including "Like a Virgin ", "Lucky Star", and the first appearance of the "You Thrill Me " version of "Erotica" on a Madonna album.The DVD is available in 2 formats; CD+DVD (2-Disc CD Digipack), DVD (1-disc DVD only [Amaray Standard Case] . - outside US and Canada) and Digital Download format (with bonus live tracks "Ray of Light" and "
