The Valand School of Fine Arts ( _sv. Konsthögskolan Valand), usually called Valand, is a School of Fine Arts in Gothenburg, Sweden. It was founded as the Gothenburg Drawing School ( _sv. Göteborgs Musei-, Rit- och Målarskola) in 1865 and has been been part of the University of Gothenburg since 1977. The school is situated in central Gothenburg.

Approximately 100 students study at Valand and there are two master programs – a five year program in Fine Art and a two year Art and Technology MFA degree called "C:Art:media". The selection process is extremely competitive as only 20 new students are accepted out of a yearly applicant pool of over 500. Although the school does not actively promote itself internationally, it is one of the most prestigious art schools in Sweden. The goal of the school is to develop students conceptually and technically - with art history and theoretical knowledge as the basis for developing art practices.
