Born into a family of musicians in Telšiai, Jurga graduated high school and piano classes in
Palanga . She acquired a bachelor's degree in journalism and a master's degree inpublic relations fromVilnius University .Jurga's debut album "Aukso pieva" (literary, "a meadow of gold") was released in September 2005 and has received very positive reactions. The album was produced by famous Lithuanian musician
Andrius Mamontovas .
