There have been three Baillie Baronetcies.

Baillie of Lochend, Haddington

:Created in the Baronetage of Nova Scotia 21 November 1636.
* Sir Gideon Baillie, 1st Baronet.
* Sir James Baillie, 2nd Baronet. On his death the baronetcy became extinct.

Baillie of Portman Square, London

:Created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom 11 December 1812. :2nd patent dated 26 May 1819.
* Sir Ewen Baillie, 1st Baronet.
* On his death the creation of 1812 became extinct, but the creation of 1819 survived - see MacKenzie of Berkeley Square, London.

Baillie of Polkemmet, West Lothian

:Created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom 12 February 1919.
* Sir William Baillie, 1st Baronet.
* Sir William Baillie, 2nd Baronet.
* Sir George Baillie, 3rd Baronet.
* Sir Robert Alexander Baillie, 4th Baronet.
* Sir Gawaine George Stuart Baillie, 5th Baronet.
* Sir Adrian William Maxwell Baillie, 6th Baronet.
* Sir Gawaine George Hope Baillie, 7th Baronet.
* Sir Adrian Louis Baillie, 8th Baronet. Born 26 March 1973.:"Baronetcy extant"
