Valley River Center is a super-regional-class shopping mall located in Eugene, Oregon. As the largest shopping center south of Portland and north of San Francisco, this mall comprises over 130 local and national stores and restaurants. Many businesses are located on the grounds near the shopping mall. Also located near the mall is the Valley River Inn.

In 2006, by The Macerich Company, the firm that was managing the property, decided to purchased the property from the then owner, Grosvenor.
