Adolphus Busch III (1891 – August 29, 1946) was a brewing magnate who was the President and CEO of Anheuser-Busch from 1934-1946. He was the grandson of Adolphus Busch, the founder of the company and the oldest of 5 children of August A. Busch, Sr.. His younger brother August A. "Gussie" Busch, Jr. succeeded him as President and CEO.

He turned the company’s baker’s yeast operations into the nation’s leader, a position it held until this subsidiary was sold in 1988.

He died on August 29, 1946 at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri of a cerebral hemorrhage.
