Richard McDonald (Commander in Chief)

In the television show "Commander in Chief", a political drama aired by ABC, Richard McDonald, played by Mark-Paul Gosselaar, is a campaign advisor to the President of the United States. He was famous for electing his first governor after the governor commented on a reporters breasts. He was smart and good with the women.
