The 2009 ICC World Cricket League Division Three is a cricket tournament provisionally scheduled to take place in January/February 2009. It forms part of the ICC World Cricket League and qualifying for the 2011 Cricket World Cup.
Teams
The teams for the tournament will be decided according to the results of Division Two and Division Three in 2007, and Division Four in 2008, as follows:
*cr|UGA (5th from 2007 Division Two)
*cr|ARG (6th from 2007 Division Two)
*cr|PNG (3rd from 2007 Division Three)
*cr|CYM (4th from 2007 Division Three)
*cr|AFG (promoted from 2008 Division Four)
*cr|HKG (promoted from 2008 Division Four)
The top two teams from this tournament will travel to the United Arab Emirates to play in the 2009 ICC World Cup Qualifier in April 2009.
