K. V. Thangkabalu (born 15 March, 1950) is a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Salem constituency of Tamil Nadu and is a member of the Indian National Congress (INC) political party. In July 2008 he was appointed president of the Tamil Nadu Congress Committee.
