MCN or Motorcycle News is a weekly motorcycling newspaper published by Bauer Consumer Media, and based in Peterborough, UK. The title was founded by Cyril Quantrill and bought by EMAP in 1956 before Bauer bought Emap's consumer media division in 2008. Since then, the brand has expanded to include the MCN website, MCN Mobile, MCN London and Scottish Motorcycle Shows and of course the bi-annual MCN Live! at skegness party weekend.

The MCN website recently relaunched to embrace the new "Web 2.0" developments and give UK motorcyclists more control of the site.

MCN Awards

MCN have been presenting an annual awards ceremony, almost since they were founded in 1956. These include the prestigious Bike of the Year award:
