"Dragon Knight" is a hentai eroge series, by the game company Elf, and anime OVAs based on it.

The "Dragon Knight" series usually stars Desmond (Takeru in the original Japanese version), a somewhat wayward youth whose main purpose in life seems to be saving damsels and slaying evil with his mighty sword. The fourth part of the "Dragon Knight" series did not star Takeru but his son Kakeru. Only one game of the series, "Dragon Knight III", has been released in North America. The game was released in NA as "Knights of Xentar" by Megatech Software.
