Malonyl-CoA decarboxylase is an enzyme associated with Malonyl-CoA decarboxylase deficiency.

It catalyzes the conversion of malonyl-CoA into acetyl-CoA and carbon dioxide.

To some degree, it reverses the action of Acetyl-CoA carboxylase.
