Atalanti (Bottiaea)

Atalanti (Greek: Αταλάντη) was the ancient and historic city of Bottiaea which was built by the Bottiaeans before the annexation of their nation into Macedon which forced them to move to Chalcidice. The location of the archaeological site is the today's Kilkis Prefecture.
