Shannon Shakespeare

Shannon Shakespeare

Shannon Shakespeare (born May 6, 1977 in Mission, British Columbia) is a former international freestyle swimmer from Canada, who competed for her native country at two consequentive Summer Olympics, starting in 1996 in Atlanta, Georgia. There she finished in 17th position in the 200 m Freestyle. During the late 1990s Shakespeare was a key member in the Canadian Freestyle Relay Teams.
