Leicester College is a further education college in Leicester, England. The college is one of the largest in the UK with 24,700 students, 1,500 staff and an annual budget of £48 million. The college has three main campus sites; the Abbey Park campus, Freemen's Park campus and St Margaret's campus, and over 200 community venues. Leicester College has won a number of awards and has links with the two local universities, De Montfort University and University of Leicester. In September 2008 Leicester College completed its £44 million building project. This will transform its buildings making them more accessible, environmentally sustainable and will create some of ther best teaching and learning facilities in Leicester.
