"Unterseeboot 140" or "U-140" has been the name of two German submarines or U-boats during the First World War and the Second World War

* Unterseeboot 140 (1918) was a German submarine built in 1918 for service in the German Navy. She served in the last year of the First World War and was surrendered in 1919

* Unterseeboot 140 (1940) was a Kriegsmarine submarine built in 1940, and scuttled in 1945 to prevent capture in the aftermath of the Second World War.
