FC Tekstilshchik Kamyshin is a Russian football club based in Kamyshin, Volgograd Oblast. In 1990s the club spent five seasons in the Russian Top Division and played in the UEFA Cup, but now plays in the Russian Second Division.

Tekstilshchik played in the Soviet Second League since 1988 and were promoted to the First League after the 1990 season. After finishing 11th in 1991 they were entitled to enter the Russian Top Division formed after dissolution of USSR. In 1993 Tekstilshchik finished fourth in the league, achieving the best result in club's history. In 1996-1998 the club suffered three consecutive relegations (17th in Top Division in 1996, 19th in First Division in 1997, excluded from Second Division in 1998). After this Tekstilshchik played in the Amateur League until 2002, when they were promoted back to the Second Division. In 2005 they finished last in their zone, but were saved from relegation by extension of the division.
