(2002)Nine High a Pallet is the first studio album by the Athens, Georgia-based band brute., which was a collaboration band between guitarist Vic Chesnutt and members of Widespread Panic.
The first-known grouping of Chesnutt with the members of the band was at John Keane's studio in Athens. There, the collaboration recorded Nine High a Pallet. The first official live performance by the band came in January 1995.
