The Trade Union Congress of the Philippines (TUCP) is the largest national trade union center in the Philippines. It was formed in 1975 with official backing of the Marcos government.

TUCP has previously claimed a membership of 1 million members, but ICTUR casts some question on the veracity of the number. Nonetheless the union is the largest in the country and represents both trade union workers and members it recruits from the informal sector, drivers, urban poor, youth groups, cooperatives, alliances, coalitions and other civil society groups.

Membership in TUCP declined in the 1990s, and the union is involved in the more turbulent labour sectors such as the export processing zones, where unions face considerable employer and official hostility.

TUCP is affiliated with the International Trade Union Confederation

Party-list

TUCP has set up a party-list, Trade Union Congress Party, to contest parliamentary elections.
