Slavink

Slavink is a Dutch dish made out of meat and then (traditionally) wrapped in bacon. The term Slavink loosely translates to beatfinch [http://www.recipezaar.com/116269] . There are different variations of the dish including wrapping the meat with veal, called blinde vink, or beef.
