Spălnaca , and made his Divizia A debut withCorvinul Hunedoara in 1979. He later went toDinamo Bucureşti where he helped win the league title in 1984 and 1990 and the cup title in 1984, 1986 and 1990. In 1990 he was bought by Spanish team Elche for 125.000 $.Andone was capped 55 times and scored 2 goals for the national team, and represented his country at the 1990 World Cup.
After retiring as a player, Andone started coaching
Sportul Studenţesc . He later coachedU Cluj for two years, Sportul Studenţesc for a second period,Petrolul Ploieşti ,FC Farul Constanţa ,FC Braşov ,FC Bihor Oradea and Sportul Studenţesc for a third time. In 2002 he took overDinamo Bucureşti , and led them to one league championship and three consecutive cup titles. In 2005-2006 he took over Cypriot clubOmonia Nicosia and stayed there until January 2007.In 2008 won
Liga I andRomanian Cup withCFR Cluj in a astonishing performance for a team which played six years before in the third league.External links
