"The Simpsons Bowling" is a 3-D trackball arcade game, which features characters from "The Simpsons". This game was published and developed by Konami, and released in 2000.

Gameplay

The game featured nine bowlers; Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, Mr. Burns, Apu, Krusty the Klown, Groundskeeper Willie, and Abe (Grandpa) Simpson. Each bowler had different strengths and weaknesses. Mr. Burns' specialty was throw a ball with a good hook, Willie has the most power and shared the best accuracy with Homer. Abe has his stats nearly perfect.

Easter eggs

After bowling three strikes in a row (called a turkey), depending on your character, you would get a special ball. The result would be a strike most of the time. The specials balls are:

* Fire ball: A flaming bowling ball.
* Maggie ball: Launch Maggie down the lane.
* Nuclear ball: Throw a ball full of nuclear sludge.
* Bomb ball: Would result in a big explosion.

Abe (Grandpa) Simpson could be unlocked by moving the cursor up and down quickly (in the character selection screen), Grandpa would suddenly appear as a playable character. His stats are nearly perfect.
