Infobar

Infobar

An infobar is a widget used by Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and other programs to display non-critical information to a user. An infobar is increasingly seen as preferable to dialog boxes because it does not interrupt the user's activities, but rather allows the user to read extra information on their own time.
